I'm going to the dentist and told me that I have a point inside the lower lip, and said I should see an oral surgeon to remove them, my question is whether they share my body it once and for all?

Iv never heard on the lips ... To make sure that HPV is what you have. But there is no way for the body to get rid of it unfortunately. Several times, once completely removed, then your body seems to fight against warts before they return.
not exactly, there is a small possibility it could occur again. But if it is just a place, I probably would not worry.
